Professionals needed a paid, self-serve way to prove competency and enter a certification pathway. We shipped the full product end to end: front end, back end, Stripe checkout, transactional email, and cloud hosting on a dev to production pipeline.

Social Media Pipeline
LinkedIn content was scattered across three disconnected systems (Notion, Luma, and HubSpot) with manual scheduling and approvals. We built an n8n pipeline that aggregates all three, stages posts in Airtable, routes each one to Slack for one-click approval, then auto-schedules and publishes to LinkedIn.

Investor CRM
An investor community's contacts lived in five places: Calendly, two Google Calendars, Telegram, and LinkedIn. We built a pipeline that pulls all five, deduplicates every person, and keeps the record of where each one appeared, in one Airtable the founder actually works from.
6,298 people unified; 1,051 of them were hiding in more than one system.
Client-Acquisition Pipeline
Our own sales runs on this. The pipeline discovers new leads, scores each one against client-quality signals, and drafts a proposal in our voice with an LLM. Every outbound stops at a one-tap Slack approval, so a human makes the call and the system does the typing.

With nearly a decade of Python experience and a background spanning cybersecurity and data science, I founded Algorhythma to turn fragmented, manual workflows into reliable automation that runs without me.
