Social Media Pipeline
LinkedIn content was scattered across three disconnected systems (Notion, Luma, and HubSpot) with manual scheduling and approvals. We built an n8n pipeline that aggregates all three, stages posts in Airtable, routes each one to Slack for one-click approval, then auto-schedules and publishes to LinkedIn.

Investor CRM
An investor community's contacts lived in five places: Calendly, two Google Calendars, Telegram, and LinkedIn. We built a pipeline that pulls all five, deduplicates every person, and keeps the record of where each one appeared, in one Airtable the founder actually works from.

Client-Acquisition Pipeline
Our own sales runs on this. The pipeline discovers new leads, scores each one against client-quality signals, and drafts a proposal in our voice with an LLM. Every outbound stops at a one-tap Slack approval, so a human makes the call and the system does the typing.

A finance publisher wanted a daily German-language newsletter without a writing team. We built an n8n pipeline that pulls market data and news, has an LLM write the edition, checks every number against its source, and holds the result behind a one-tap Slack approval.

A media company had a 411-episode podcast archive and no way to reuse it. We ingested every episode, extracted it into structured pieces, and built retrieval that grounds new content in what guests actually said.

CRM Cleanup & Owner Dashboard
A martial arts school runs on GoHighLevel, and its contacts had drifted into duplicates. We reconciled duplicate records against each other instead of deleting on a name match, restructured how families and their members relate, and built an owner dashboard over the result.
Cleaned in place on the live account, and kept in step by a nightly job.
Invoicing Automation
Our own billing runs without anyone touching it. Bank data flows into Airtable, invoices are generated as PDFs, and they go out over Gmail on a schedule.

LinkedIn, Upwork, and email all feed one lead database in Airtable: deduplicated, tagged by channel, and scored. An AI step classifies every inbound reply and drafts the response.
